My time in New Zealand is coming to an end and I will be headed towards Asia again! While my trip to China is basically just a long stopover, I have some more time to spend in Taiwan before finishing off South East Asia with a full month in the Philippines.

Thanks to the 72 hour free visa for stopovers in China, I will spend some days in Chengdu and see the Giant Pandas and Mount Siguniang. My open jaw flight will then continue afterwards to Hong Kong, where I plan to some of the hikes and just relax a bit – maybe even upgrading to a new Sony A6300.
Heading to Taiwan next, I want to climb both Yushan and Dabajian Mountains. I am currently waiting for the permits and everything there seems to be a bit more complicated than I hoped. And finally I will have a full month to explore the Philippines!
If you have any recommendations of places that are not yet on the map below, let me know please 🙂 And as always, hit me up if you are in the area and want to meet up or join me for some trips!
